边缘涂装砂光机是本公司根据木板加工工艺的特点率先设计出来的一款全新产品。集UV涂装，砂光，紫外线干燥于一体，可可一次性完成白坯到油漆面的操作。
1.辊涂油漆里的多少可以通过调节挤压轮贴紧力的大小来控制，也可以根据工件的不同鞋面倾斜一定的角度，操作简单，使用方便；
2.在UV灯装置上装有一个排风调节板，通过控制该调节板的伸缩来限制UV听固化干燥的温度，使工件边缘表面不会过度加热；
LEDUV冷光源固化油漆，适用封边的底温胶和PVC或软质工件，是工件不会变形；
3.补涂装置可以把工件侧面上的小空隙辊压平整，保证加工表面光洁，均匀；
4.除尘设置可以把工件侧面的灰尘扫除干净后，在进行辊涂油漆，保证工件表面光洁，均匀；
5.砂架带有震荡装置，将辊涂过的工件侧面光滑，保证加工表面光洁，均匀；
6.压梁采用的弹簧负载，压紧可靠，不伤工件，履带式输送，送料能力强劲；
7.操作面板采用人机界面，调试操作方便。
The edge coating sander is a brand new product designed by the company according to the characteristics of the wood processing technology.it integrates UV coating, sanding, chamfering and UV drying to complete the operation of white blank to painted surface.
1.The amount of paint in the paint can be controlled by adjusting the pressing force of the squeeze wheel, or it can be inclined according which is simple and convenient to use;
2.An exhaust air regulating plate is arranged on the UV lamp mounting device, and the temperature of curing and drying of the UV lamp is limited by controlling the expansion and contraction of the adjusting plate, so that edge surface of the workpiece is not excessively heated;
LEDUV cold light source paint, suitable for edge sealing low temperature glue and PVC or soft workpiece will not be deformed;
3.The recoating device can flatten the small gap bar on the side of the workpiece to ensure smooth and uniform processing surface
4.The dust removing device can sweep the dust on the side of the workpiece and then paint the roller to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is smooth and uniform;
4.The sand frame is equipped with an oscillating device to smooth the side surface of the workpiece coated by the roller to ensure smooth and uniform processing surface;
